Air Fryer Rice Paper Rolls made in my @COSORI Kitchen Turbo Tower Air Fryer 😍🍣 recipe below! Ad

One of my favourite things about this air fryer is the stacked tower design - it lets you batch-cook loads in one go, without filling the whole kitchen with trays or doing everything in rounds. Everything cooks perfectly evenly thanks to the top-down airflow, and it’s noticeably quick and quiet too 🙏🏻

Ingredients:
- 4 rice paper spring rolls
- 1 sheet nori / seaweed
- 1 cups cooked sushi rice / sticky rice
- 200g (approx half a block) firm tofu, pressed and sliced
- 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks or julienned
- 1/3 of a cucumber, cut into matchsticks or julienned
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds, for rolling

Peanut dipping sauce 🥜

- 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple or agave syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2-3 tbsp water

1. Add the sliced tofu to a bowl with the m soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder and oil.
Toss well so every piece is coated.

1. Place the tofu in the airfryer and air fry at 200C for 15 minutes until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool slightly before rolling.

3. Briefly dip one sheet of rice paper in warm water to soften (3-8 seconds does the trick!)
Lay it flat on a board and add:
	•	a strip of nori
	•	a layer of cooked sticky rice
	•	a few slices of crispy tofu
	•	carrot and cucumber
	•	another piece of nori on top
Roll up tightly and roll in sesame seeds.

4. Place the rolls into the lower basket using the rack, arranging them in two layers
(3 on top, 3 underneath). Air fry at 200C for 15 minutes until the rice paper and sesame seeds are crisp and lightly golden.

5. Make the dipping sauce: whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple or agave and garlic powder until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

I used the @linwoodshealthfoods Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats which worked so well - they contain added chia seeds + plant protein to boost nutrition and satiation 😍
