you’ll need: 
•10 medjool dates
•2 tbsp greek yoghurt 
•1 small tsp cacao powder 
•drop of maple syrup to taste 
•50g of dark chocolate 
•¼ tsp coconut oil 
•extra dark chocolate grated to top
 
simply: 
1.pit and shape your dates. 
2.combine your greek yoghurt with cacao power and maple syrup. 
3.layer and set for 5 minutes.
4.melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and dip in your eggs. 
5.sprinkle on dark chocolate, leave to set and enjoy 🫶

•2 tbsp rolled oats
•½  tbsp chia seeds
•½  tbsp flaxseed 
•1 small banana mashed
•3 tbsp greek yoghurt 
•70-100ml milk of choice
•½ medium carrot grated
•1/4 tsp mixed spice
•1/2 tsp cinnamon
•¼ tsp vanilla essence 
•¼ tsp orange zest
•1 medjool date chopped 
•1 tbsp chopped pecans
optional toppings: 
•fresh fruit (we went for blueberries and figs), orange zest, pecans, almond butter, cinnamon.
 
simply: 
1.mix your main breakfast pot ingredients and add to a jar/container. 
2.add your toppings and enjoy!

3.layer: base main layer, greek yoghurt, date caramel, sprinkling of cacao.
