couldn’t decide whether or not to share this over the past week, but it was too fun to make and I love this sound too much hahahaha

currently in the midst of making a whatkdeats 2026 rebrand that goes with my new “table for one” era
so in the new year expect single serve portions, food shops for one & how to budget, my journey on being a wannabe gym girl, quick dinners for when you’re cooking alone and sometimes some random wee funny sounds I find to do with food 💃🏻

eg
soup is for women, men cannot eat soup x

also if anyone wants the soup recipe it’s on the reel I shared last week 🖤

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY - to help me sleep better
ad ✨
I didn’t realise that: when and what I ate during the day could impact my sleep..
I’ve always been a late night eater and had no idea the impact this would have on digestion, sleep quality and waking up during the night…
So I’ve started eating a little earlier, reduced late night snacking and now have @dendrohealth night restore an hour before bed. This is a 25ml liquid sleep supplement which helps me switch off and sleep deeper. The liquid format means it absorbs quicker!
I haven’t woken up during the night since and as a certified non-morning person, I’ve woken feeling more alert in the morning.

So if you struggle with sleep, this might be the missing piece! Head over to @dendrohealth to try for yourself 🥰

Breakfast: overnight oats with natural yoghurt and topping of choice
Lunch: homemade tomato and basil soup with hidden veggies
Dinner: chicken burrito, meal prepped earlier in the week
Hot drink: honey and ginger
Sleep supplement: @dendrohealth ad

RECIPE BELOW 🖤

I still love cooking, but I love it even more if it doesn’t take up my full evening, I’ve also pretty much fallen away from meal prep because hours on a Sunday was becoming a chore, so now I’m making batches of 15 mins or less recipes so that I’m either sorted for lunches / dinners or I can freeze them for future me!

For these chicken burritos you’ll need:
500g chicken mince
Tin of black beans
70-100g cheese
400g tinned tomatoes
Seasoning of choice (I chose jerk)

Cook your mixture, add to a high protein wrap (I got mine from Lidl), pan fry to seal and stop them going soggy, then individually wrap 🖤

Works out to be about 380kcal and 20g protein
Perfect for a kcal deficit diet and high protein goal

Using the @deissofficial meat thermometer to make sure it’s a safe temperature, which will especially come in handy for reheating! ad
