Ingredients to make 3 portions
150g @FUEL10K white chocolate with raspberry granola
600g greek yoghurt
45g almond butter
150g raspberries
1/2 lemon
1tsp sugar alt
3tsp chia seeds

To make the raspberry compote simply combine raspberries with the juice of half a lemon and 1 tsp of sugar or sugar alternative. Place over a high heat until the raspberries break down then reduce to thicken. You can serve warm or place into the fridge to cool.

Chicken club sandwich filler - perfect for easy high protein lunches! A great way to use up any leftover roast chicken too. 

Simply add to paninis, sandwiches, wraps or even a jacket potato with a side salad. 

Ingredients for 3 portions 👇
Macros 250 cals / 41g protein / 7g fat / 5g carbs

300g chicken breast
6 turkey bacon rashers
2 boiled eggs 
finely chopped rocket
1/2 red onion
1 diced tomato
finely chopped chives 
30g firecracker mayo @wagamama 
salt & black pepper

I used slightly spicy mayo for this but you can use greek yoghurt, kefir, creme fraiche or plain mayo for this. 

Make sure the chicken, turkey bacon and boiled eggs cooled down before mixing together. 

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. 

Soooo good on a toasted Rosemary and sea salt panini with some extra mature cheddar.

What I eat in a day to hit 130g protein and 30g fibre from food.. One of my favourite days of meals in a while!

Breakfast: Hot honey halloumi avo tomato sourdough with scrambled eggs and rocket. 

Lunch: Spicy tuna goodness bowl with seaweed. 

Dinner: Leaner and cleaner kebabs. 

LEG WORKOUT DETAILS:
Warm up: 5 mins on the bike and dynamic stretches. 
4 sets 10 reps - barbell squats 
4 sets 8 reps per side - barbell static split squats
4 sets 8 reps per side - barbell reverse lunges
4 sets 8 reps per side - dumbbell bulgarian split squats 
(90 secs - 120 secs rest between sets)
