How my body has changed after 2 weeks of being off track…

It’s temporarily holding more water weight because of all of the different things going on when you travel - different water, sleep schedule, food, digestion etc 

I’m feeling a lot more watery - which is totally normal! 

But as soon as I’m back I’ll press resume, it’ll all regulate. 

Rule of thumb: don’t worry about the time off, just get back on it as soon as you can and nothing will be lost. It’s about what you do over the long term, not a few weeks 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
